總結:Situ Gintung DAM is used to supply clean water needs for residents of Tangerang City and surrounding areas. When the DAM was breached, local people have clean water shortages especially during the dry season when water of DAM was heavily utilized. Because of that Situ Gintung DAM was rebuilt by studying the failures that had occurred previously. Planning design of the DAM is cultivated as optimal as possible with the design as efficiently as possible. Begins with determining the catchment area of Kali Pesanggarahan which is the source of water from this DAM, collecting rainfall data from rainfall stations in the catchment area, until to the process of flood discharge and discharge calculations based on rainfall data mainstay obtained. Flood discharge was calculated by the Gumbel&#8223;s method and discharge using the analysis method Nakayasu mainstay. Next, each one is checked by tracing the flood discharge to determine the amount of water that can run over above the spillway and reservoir optimization simulations to determine the amount of water needs to supply the resident. <br /> <br /> <br /> WES spillway was designed with this type without gate. Spillway elevation reaches 8 m at an elevation of 53 m while the DAM itself is located at an elevation of 56 m. Dead storage was analyzed by USLE formula and designed may survive for 58 years. On the sides of the lake was built retaining wall to prevent scour at the side of the lake due to water. <br /> <br /> <br /> Stability of the spillway is calculated by Lane method without calculating earthquake force.
