| الملخص: | GO-JEK Indonesia as a leading startup company, have been doing a development over the years in
their field of expertise. Therefore, they need a new fresh office building that can cover their
development that covers the expansion of their employee and workspace, so they need a headquarter
to fulfill it at Jl. Sudirman Jakarta. This building will become a main office of GO-JEK that holds a theme
of “The next-level techno building” which the office itself will be the futuristic office that could give
their employee a work-life balance. This headquarter will be built on an area of 8,083 m2. This office
also will be used by millennials users, but the users not only GO-JEK employee rather it can be used
by non-employee who wants to do a collaboration in the building. The massing approach of the
building using metaphor of GO-JEK logo and transform it into 10-level of office building. Several issues
that raised in this project are productivity, working environment, sustainable building, focality, and
site circulation. With the establishment of this building, GO-JEK can continue to grows and this
headquarter will become the image of GO-JEK as a leading startup in Indonesia. |
