The structural system chosen to carry lateral loads is the dual system which is the combination of special moment frame resisting system with shear wall, primarily to anticipate the dominant torsional mode shape. The design basis for earthquake-resistant structures refers to SNI 1726:2019 and is supported by the requirement SNI 2847:2019 for designing reinforced concrete structures. Structural elements are designed based on the results of the response spectra analysis for all towers and two-stage analysis for two of three towers. This document reports building descriptions, structural modeling, structural analysis results, and design of reinforced concrete structural elements, including beams, columns, floor slabs, and shear walls. text |
