In 1, for ideal condition where there is no error when received PCC bit, concluded that VSPC algorithm performs better than FSPC and ASPC algorithm, ASPC algorithm performs better than FSPC algorithm. In other case, where there is error when received PCC bit, concluded that FSPC algorithm performs better than VSPC and ASPC algorithm, ASPC algorithm performs better than VSPC algorithm.

The results were given in 1, was simulating in the extreme deep fade situation that caused the power control algorithm performs ineffectively. By using antenna diversity, we will re-compare the FSPC, ASPC, and VSPC algorithm where extreme deep fade unfound anymore. The research method that has done by simulating use matlab 7.0 software, to get BER value as a function of bit energy to interference power spectral density. The simulation was done in ideal condition and error condition at PCC bit receiving about 0.1, 1, and 10.
text
