| Summary: | The objective of this study is to find out histopathologic of layer's liver which
infected with embryonated eggs of Toxocara cati using different dose. First step,
collected mature T. cati larvae, then incubated in incubator with 3rc for three days
to produce eggs. The eggs were stored in petri dish containing PBS for 28 days to
produce second stage-larvae in the five treated with doses 0, 10, 100, 1000 dan 3000.
The chickens were necropsied at 28 day post infection to take the liver to be made as
histopathologic preparations. Histopathologic showed the presence of organ damage in the form of necrosis and inflammation. ANOVA test results showed a significant difference between PO, P 1, P2, P3 and P4 (p<O.OS) for necrosis and for inflammation. |
