Summary: | The aim of this research was to know the effect of laserpuncture induction at the
point of growth to the body weight of male Mojosari duck. Duck acupuncture
growth point were inducted to acupoints of hu men/digestive, bei ji/heart or lungs,
gou hou/growth points, wei gen/immune. This research was conducted in October
– December 2017 in Becirongengor Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency,
East Java with one shooting interval six days. Eighteen ducks were divided into
three treatment groups: Control group (T0), treatment group dose of 0,2 Joule
(T1), treatment group dose of 0,5 joule (T2). The data was performed using SPSS
16 for windows with ANOVA (Analyzes of Variant) and continued with Duncan
test. Statistical comparisons between T0,T1, and T2 showed there was no
significant on body weight (p>0,05). Laserpuncture had no effect on body weight
of duck. The male Mojosari duck that have balance condition body to
laserpuncture have no effect. |
