Summary:Information available in Facebook is very various and much. It is due to variety in facebook activity and knowledge coming from user is broad and unlimited. Facebook group called tugas akhir-TIF UMM is established as communication media between student, the coordinator and advisor. Problem rising in this group is repeated question, question with same subjectivity in the group and limited coordinator capability in answering questions resulting in risk of inconsistent answer in the group. Therefore, it is necessary CBR system that can handle user question in facebook group in real time. CBR system in this research used fast case retrieval nets (FCRN) in which its activation includes pre computation, query activity and propagation. Knowledge acquisition mechanism was done by taking posting and comment in the group. Case is represented in vector space model and answer-question. Result of test indicated ideal threshold score of 15 to 17 % of average case weight. The highest recall score in tested data combination was 35 %, while highest rejection value was 33.3 %. The highest recall value on internal test data is 52.5 %. It was due to CBR system cannot handle questions related to personal information. The highest rejection score in test data beyond final assignment procedure is 100 % indicating that CBR system can identify all questions that have no answer in case base.
