總結:Conduct Disorder is one most common problem occurs in Puskesmas. Based on SIKM (Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Mental) since 2011 until May 2013, 46.3% of childrens who came to Puskesmas in Sleman and Yogyakarta were identified with behavioral and emotional disorder. Therefore screening instrument was needed for early identifing conduct disorder. SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) had been developed to facilitate the need. SDQ is 25 items questionnare about positive and negative atributes of 4-16 years old children and adolescence. SDQ which use in this research consists of SDQ-Teacher Reports (TR). This study aimed to adapt SDQ-TR English version into Indonesian version, examine psychometrical properties, and examine clinical validation of SDQ-TR Indonesian version in screen conduct disorder. The subjects were consist of 161 Elementary students, 7-13 years old, boys and girls. Psychometrical Properties had been analyzed by using Alpha Cronbach for reliability test and Principal Axis Factoring (PAF) for construct validity. Clinical validation had been analyzed by using Receiver Operating Curve (ROC) dan Likelihood Ratio (LR). Cronbachâ��s Alpha were 0.773 and six factor structures were obtained. Sensitivity were 0.67 and spesificity were 0.68 (for the optimum cut-off point â�¥5). LR (+) were 2.09 and LR (-) were 0.49.
