The successful management of pregnant pig till the born would generate an optimal pig farm. The final assignment is the result of The Job Training in CV. Adhi Farm that aims to observe and discover the management of pregnant pig till the born at 14-19 April 2014, which addresed in Kanten, Sroyo Village, Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. The material used are pregnant pig till the born in CV. Adhi Farm. The are data collected by observe method, interview, documentation and also join the daily treatment. From The Job Training, the data found that the pig population in CV.Adhi Farm are 1208, consist of 34 giving suck pigs, 8 pedraties, 89 bear pig, 322 genjik, 650 biren, 36 dara bunting, 6 dara kawin, and 10 calon dara. Basically, the management of pregnant pig in CV.Adhi Farm is same as the treatment for those who aren’t pregnant. From the feeding, take a bathing, and pigpen cleaning, then the treatment for pregnant pig toward the born consist of the born signs observation. The Born treatment is done by checking up the borning pipe to find out the born interferention, wait until all of the babies were born. If it happen a problem as hard to push, the pig will be injected by oxitocin. The treatment after borning is cleaning the placenta and giving the antibiotic. Borning is handled by the stable worker with no interference of medic veteriner or animal health paramedic.
