Summary:ABSTRAKS: In women's organizational reality, there is a fundamental conflict that exists between, on one band, the leadership role and its organizational function, and on the other hand, feminine gender. The disparity between images of leadership and norms of femininirforce women to struggle to accept conflicting demands: 'look like a lady' versus 'act like a man, whatever their personal views on leadership, are able to avoid As a result, women who become or aspire to become leader in public agencies or in political parties are faced with a complex task of self-definition. So, women should encourage themselves, and later, encourage their environment that, because women have different personal qualities and life experiences than men, they tend to approach organizational leadership distinctively, and that these differences may benefits organizations, helping them to achieve ihe greaterflexibility required in an era of increasingeovlexibr. From this perspective, the task is not to try and wipe out women's feminine qualities, but to use them to enhance organizational effectiveness.
