| 總結: | The presence of spot in the skin not only important due to the cosmetic reason, but also for the possibility of malignancy: The evaluation of spot treatment could be done clinically and instrumentally. Clinical scoring system is widely used to classified and evaluate the progress of the spot lesion, however the scoring system is very subjective and has low accuracy. Whilephotography is widely accepted as one system for medical record in dermatology.Asystem with image processing software wasdeveloped based on digital imaging of the spot lesion in the skin for area measurement and spot counting.A comparison was done between the results of area measurement of with clinical scoring of the Melasma Area Scoring (MASI) of the melasma patient. The result shows that the correlation between the two system is orde 6 of polynomial with 83 %(Ff : 0,830) wich is lower than the ideal correlation of95% (R2 >0,950). |
