الملخص: | Hybrid systems are network controlled from any source renewable plant system such as wind turbine, photovoltaic, microhydro, etc. In practice, there are differences of frequency fluctuation are effect to power quality of system. There are my problems become increase of low frequency oscillation. There are : (a) higher setting gain and low of time constant in Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR), (b) many long transmission lines making weakline. In this study, design of controll with genetic algorithm to make optimum fittness of proportional integral (PI) to control of load frequency with Matlab/Simulink.Building of transfer function from diagram systems of wind and diesel to matrix and applicated to M-File for genetic algorithm is to get controlled for both damping ratio and real part tuning for reach overshoot and rise time better. Minimizing real part response system being faster. To show damping ratio response and real part must be simulated range of them. Genetic algorithm as proposed control can activate tuning optimization fot test control with 100 generations. Finnaly, test of stability sistem with Simulink/Matlab compared between uncontrolled system. In the simulation, overshoot and steady state respon system become faster from uncontrolled system. |
