The researcher demonstrated how the three research questions complement each other. The finding showed that those teachers have capable and skillful in teaching English at secondary level. As result, those teachers usually use mixed methods and techniques for each instruction in order to promote learning English among their secondary students. The practice is followed from the manual from MoEYS but they sometime practice different of guideline because they have usually started teaching from new content and then practice without spending proper time for revision and no homework unusually given to students to strengthen their knowledge. Private classes were most popular ways to improve their language and the teachers usually use verbal appreciate to the students to encourage the students to active participation and involvement in learning English.
