Green Heights Commercial Centre is a good location with high income group and with variety of customers. The aim of Borneo Donuts is to make a breakthrough in food providing businesses especially in donuts. There are few competitors in the chosen location and that increases our confidence to compete with them. We are very sure that we can capture a substantial portion of market. |
