Summary: | This report briefly describes the method of certification of completion and compliance by the Principal Submitting Person/ Submitting Person in the two case study. The case study 1 is at No.6a, Kg. Gong Tok Dor, 22000 Jertih, Terengganu, while case study 2 is located at lot 5071-5041, HSM991, Jerteh, Mukim Bukit Kenak, Besut, Terengganu. Every building for housing / residential for especially need to get prior approval from the PSP / SP that responsible at each construction of the building to get the certification of completion and compliance. Certification of completion and compliance is important to ensure that the building are safe for the residents to stay in the building. This system is a system for renewing the old system of Certification of Fitness for Occupant. This is a brilliant idea from the government, with the certification of completion and compliance system, to stay a building time is much shorter than the Certification of Fitness for Occupant system. This report has been prepared through the practical experience of the writer traveled for four months in the department of building control and in the department of one stop center at the Besut Disrict Council. |
