High rise buildings are divided into many types such as commercial, residential and so on. To make it more effective, there are combinations of the types in single high rise building. Nowadays, most of the high rise building is built by the architect with complex design due to modern development. It’s based on the idea and creativity of the architect regarding to the concept. So, with the modern design of the buildings which means the materials use for the façade is according to the design. Materials selection is one of the big factors to be considered and it must be suitable and well plan for the future maintenance activity. Maintenance is one of the future works after the building is complete because to keep the building function and long life span. Building design will obviously affect the maintenance works especially the façade. To keep the façade maintain, the machinery accessibility should be provided at the building. Menara Telekom and Bangunan Tabung Haji as the case study for the study intent to gain the information and data on the topic of the study.
