Summary:The main purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of extrinsic rewards towards employees’ performance among the support staff of Aerodrive Sdn. Bhd. in Matang, Kuching. Quantitative method was used in the manipulation of the extracted raw data from the distributed questionnaires which was then further analyzed with the use of Statistical Package Software System (SPSS) by applying a number of different and comprehensive tests in the course of the study. During the conduction of field study, a total of 112 employees of Aerodrive Sdn. Bhd. were selected as the chosen samples. The distributed questionnaires were pre-tested for reliability and normality thus producing reliable, normal, and correlated data during post-analytical phase of the research. The study had come to a fruition in the end of session, where it was concluded that the tested elements; the working conditions, has high, positive and significant relationships that impacts the employees’ performances compared to other elements of extrinsic rewards; salary and performance bonus. As for future researchers, the research could be conducted in public sectors or larger organizations in order for the upcoming studies to yield different and more meaningful results thus widening the scope of future resources which then would lead to more improvements for the mutual studies in times ahead.
