Generally, all human in these world even animals need a house as their protection from any weather, security, natural disaster such as fire, floods, lightning, typhoons, hurricanes, windstorms, cyclones, earthquakes and volcanic eruption, and also as a basic need in their daily life. Without house, it difficult for them to lives in a proper condition because they need to sleep, eat, shower, change their cloths, and to gather with their own family. House as a main roles where to shape human being into a society who will lives together in a places in order to create a harmonious condition and peaceful. Affordable housing is a concept of modernize that related to basic human rights in which United Nation defined as everyplace must be safe and protected whereby, individuals can live in harmony and with pride. Nevertheless, the meaning of this term had explained in differs conferring to dissimilar of persons and organizations. In that connection, affordable housing is a house that can be possess by the humanity and the value of the houses contrasts to diverse groups which is receive different level of income and classes which are decided by the government, it is defined by The Ministry of Housing and Local Government in Malaysia.
