Therefore, the business that we choose is to sell chocolate jars and cookies under the brand KOCIMELTS. We started as a dropship. This type of product is very easy to sell. The reason we choose this kind of business is because, as we can see it has a very high demand in this common era. This business was registered on 1st October 2021 and commenced on 1st January 2022. The ownership of this business is a partnership. Kocimelts Penang is operated and managed by the two of us: Fatin Sahira Binti Mat Rosli and Nur Haiza Alyssa Binti Abdul Wahab. Before we started our business, we managed to registered with Go-Ecommerce Registration, Masmed Young Entrepreneur (MyENT) and SSM Registration Partnership. As a business partner must put our hands together to make sure our chocolate jars and cookies edition become the favourite snacks-to-go for all people. Other than that, we are also using social media which is Facebook as the main platform to promote and market the product. In social media, people will know the existence of the products, list of prices, benefits of the products and other information about the products. Today, social media has become a very useful and effective way for online entrepreneurs. We are using social media to achieve our goals which is attracting more customers to try out these chocolate jars and cookies. At the same time, it will increase the demand and profit of our product, from time to time we need to identify our target market. Customers of our business are usually focused on many people from different ages such as kids to adults who love chocolate so much. Lastly, the products will make people fall in love because of the packaging itself. We also offer a variety of flavourings and affordable prices to the customers. In order to make a better and improved product, we should analyse our competitors first then we can be able to compete with them.
