My memorable and insightful six-month industrial training started here at Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara Bukit Mertajam (IKTBN BM). This internship report describes my internship period and what I perceived and observed during my internship period at Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara Bukit Mertajam (IKTBN BM) from the Administration Department. I have been working for this internship for about 6 months, from March 1, 2023, to August 15, 2023. Under the direction of the Kementerian Belia dan Sukan (KBS), the Institut Kemahiran Tinggi Belia Negara Bukit Mertajam (IKTBN BM) is a government organization in charge of skill-based institutions. I will go into detail about the company’s origins, vision, mission, objectives, organizational structure, goods, and services in this report as well as my experiences and advantages from the 24-week internship. In this paper, my main objective is to evaluate the organization’s SWOT analysis—its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats—in connection to the department. I will discuss (SWOT) in more detail on the following page, along with a suggestion for each (SWOT). Every' hour I spent in this department gave me priceless experiences that are beyond words as a new employee in a corporate environment. Additionally, they were all helpful for my future profession.
