Summary:This research study is to discover the relationship between Cause of Stress namely Work Overload, Interpersonal Stressor and Task Control and Employee Job Satisfaction. The objective of this study are to examine the relationship between causes of stress and employee job satisfaction among supporting staff at Lembaga Kemajuan Perusahaan Pertanian and also to determine which of the three causes of stress, namely interpersonal stress, work overload and task control stress, has the most influence towards employee job satisfaction. Hence, this research also include hypothesis that based on problem statement. The research design of this study is correlational method and a research instrument is questionnaires. Besides that, the sampling frame is the list of supporting staff in Administration Department. For demographic, these were included age, race, gender, working experience and marital status. The research also focuses on findings and outcome of data analysis regarding this study. This research will provide valuable information regarding the relationship between Cause of Stress and Employee Job Satisfaction. For Research Question 1, all hypotheses were accepted and for Research Question 2, the highest factor is Interpersonal Stressor. There are three recommendations for this study which are provide employees more training, give employee other job benefit and add on more events in organizations. Plus, some suggestion for future research is included which are increase number of population and sample size and also makes time to distribute questionnaire longer.
