Mode-locked thulium-holmium doped fiber laser using no core-graded index multimode fiber as saturable absorber

We demonstrate a mode-locked Thulium-Holmium doped fiber laser at 2 µm using a hybrid structure of no core-graded index multimode fiber. The laser had a frequency and pulse width of 11.90 MHz and 1.651 ps, respectively. © 2021 The Author (s).
