Summary:Whistle-blowing is known as a compelling interior control instrument and has for quite some time been acknowledged all over the world over. It also has a significant job in uncovering bad behaviours or unfortunate activities happening inside an organization. Along these lines, this examination meant to inspect the variables influencing whistleblowing expectation among Government Servant in Kelantan. Using the Moral Intensity Model as a framework, this study examines the relationship and the effect of “magnitude of consequences (MC), social consensus (SC), and proximity (PX)” (Jones, 1991) towards whistleblowing intention (WI). As an addition variable, fear of retaliation also includes in this study to broaden scope of the study based on Moral Intensity Model. This examination applied a quantitative methodological methodology by utilizing a review technique. The information are gathered from an example of 410 government servant in Kelantan. Descriptive, Pearson Correlation and Regression analysis were conducted in order to test the proposed research framework. The significant relationship between whistleblowing intention only occur with social consensus (SC) and fear of retaliation (FR). This study later on will be adding to the literature for whistleblowing in academic world and practically.
