Summary:This article provides an insight for relational study between trust and organizational citizenship behavior of the staffs at a public university in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. A total number of 200 respondents involved in the study, and 160 of them are usable and valid for analyses. The research of the study conducted in quantitative method by using survey questionnaire as the main instrument for data collection, and analyzed by using SPSS software. The sample of research was sampled using stratified sampling technique. Findings suggested that there is a significant relationship between trust and organizational citizenship behavior.
