This study was conducted to explore depression among healthcare workers during pandemic COVID-19 at Tawau, Sabah. The design of this study is qualitative and using interviews with the respondents. Respondents who participated in this study are the healthcare workers at COVID-19 centre at Tawau, Sabah. A respondent was interviewed for pilot study to ensure the effectivenss of research method that have been selected.For this study, a total of four respondents were involved and were interviewed at COVID-19 centre at Tawau, Sabah. All respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique by define target respondents and lists the characteristics to be met by the respondents. The study found that depression among healthcare workers are become more serious. Therefore, they need a way to cope of heir depressions by doing a counselling session with the counsellor or help from the KKM.
