Summary:The world witnessed a state of turmoil at the beginning of 2020 as a result of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in unprecedented and multidimensional repercussions. The State of Qatar mobilized all its security, health, economic, and social agencies, and cooperated with international organizations to face the challenges of this global crisis, without prejudice to human rights. This study dealt with the Qatari measures taken during the pandemic period in 2020-2021, with the aim of identifying the extent of the expatriate population’s satisfaction with the precautionary measures taken by the state to maintain stability and peaceful coexistence on its land, and to highlight how this contributed to supporting the objectives of the Alliance of Civilizations.
