In terms of realizing the ideals of independence, infrastructure development for economic growth is a must. The government increased the infrastructure budget in the 2020 State Revenue and Expenditure Budget or RAPBN by 4.9%. To achieve this economic growth scenario, we need quality human resources, thus contributing to Indonesia's competitiveness in the 4.0 industrial era. Reliable, competent, and quality resources to compete will also encourage the growth of business entities in all areas, including consulting firms. The term competitiveness comes from the word power which means strength, and the word competitiveness which means to achieve more than others, or differ from others in terms of quality, or have certain advantages. The determinants of competitiveness are determined by factor conditions, demand conditions, relevant supporting industries, and company strategy & competitive structure. In this study, a literature review methodology is used to see what competitiveness factors are needed by a consulting firm to sustain the sustainability of getting a project every year.
