Summary: | Land is a major requirement in society today. In general, land is no longer seen as a piece of a grant that has not been ignored at this time. People are now rushing to develop land owned especially agricultural land. Regardless of the physical aspect of the land itself or the properties of the land itself. We as civilians have to comply with the law which is also a good practice and should be respected by all societies. Clearly, the days of private land are getting smaller in size as the daily increase and density increases. This is because the land was formerly of the type of agriculture but was developed either to be smaller because it had been broken down or bumped into the boundaries or had changed conditions into developmental forms such as being home, industry and others. Land Offices as intermediaries need to do all the application process where the Land Office is seen as an ineffective department in the eyes of the public. This is because of the delay in the application of the land made. And this can not be prolonged, in which the community itself should respect the law and law enforcement needs to be emphasized. Based on the research conducted using the interview method with the responsible parties in the land office, it is possible to identify all the problems encountered in this application process. By identifying the procedures that have been improved, with these factors the delay of approval of land application can be reduced. In turn, it will be able to give good advice to all parties dealing with land offices |
