| Summary: | The International Invitation Program System (IIPISC) UTM is a system that has been developed to replace the manual management system. Not only is manual quality management less problematic, but it also causes problems due to inefficient management processes. The development of the UTM International Invitation Program System (IIPISC) is to streamline the international invitation program application process for students, thus making the application more strategic and efficient. In addition, the system also provides a database for UTM International to keep the details of the application secure, as well as to facilitate the search and access to applications received from students. The system will also assist the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and International) in obtaining the letter of approval if the application is received and the financial allocation set by UTM International is approved. This system was developed using Active Server Page (ASP) .Net software as a programming language and the Mircosoft SQL Server database as the system database. The development of this system is to use prototype methodology. |
