The best selections of Power MOSFETs combined with a resonant technique are used in the design. A new resonant gate driver circuit utilized a coupled inductance of linear transformer operating in 1 MHz switching frequency is proposed. A circulating current in charging and discharging via this coupled inductance allows for a highly energy efficient and fast operation of the Power MOSFET. PSpice simulation of proposed resonant gate driver circuit has been constructed to validate the operation and performance analysis.
