Summary:This research paper is focusing on to how far the Cooperative Learning are suitable to increase comprehension process in Chemistry S Learning and thinking development among 40 student from 5 Sains Tulen (5 Istimewa) in Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sepagaya, Lahad Datu, Sabah using an instrument within 12 items of Pre and Post diagnostic test and some structure interview to collects the data and information to assessed the comparison of increscent in attainment and comprehensions among the student in Chemistry subject in the classroom. According the findings, it was proved that Cooperative Learning can helps comprehension process in the cIassroom and improve the enthusiasm among student to Chemistry subject
