Corporate culture is assessed in terms of communication, teamwork, training and development, and reward and recognition.A survey was conducted among public servants of selected government agencies in the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia. Based on the statistical analyses, the fi ndings reported that communication, training and development, and reward and recognition have a signifi cant and positive infl uence on organizational commitment.In the discussion section, all signifi cant factors in enhancing organizational commitment among public servants are elaborated.
