These services have the potential for a tremendous positive impact on economy, personal mobility, pollution, congestion, tourism, and thereby quality of life. 100 customers will be used as the research sample, and the data will be extracted using online questionnaires distributed to ridesharing apps customers within Bali area. The data will then be processed using Factor Analysis process with the support of SPSS software.
