| الملخص: | In the process of globalization, professional development is considered to be an important factor for the sustainability and occupation of every young person. Unemployed students after graduation have become an important issue in many places, despite their college or university knowledge. Some argue that the reasons for unemployment are external factors such as economic recession, government policy, appearance and opportunity, while others argue that unemployment is ability, and goal. Many researchers find that career planning and choice for future work, even from elementary school, can help in career issues that hinder personal and social development. This study explores several factors that may have a positive influence on young people's career choice. |
