| الملخص: | For the time being, Social Security system in Vietnam is playing a more important role in the development and stabilization of the economic and society. The distribution of Social Security is the distribution in a more benefit way for the low-income individuals. Social Security contributes to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor, guarantee the equity in society. Social Security is one of the social policy that needs the Government to pay attention to and to promote for the development of human races, improvement of life’s quality. The Government is cordinating the Credit policy and Social Security policy to giving a hand to the individuals living in low-income and poverty. |
