الوصف
الملخص:Provinces in the Philippines were classified using a multivariate statistical technique, the cluster analysis. The resulting classification became useful in determining the standard of living of the provinces based on some socio-economic variables. These included the CPI of Food, CPI of Clothing, CPI of Housing, CPI of Fuel, CPI of Services, CPI of Miscellaneous, estimated population and the average income. Results showed that cluster I can be classified as provinces with high income, cluster 2 as provinces which are highly populated and cluster 3 as provinces which have low priced products.
