الملخص:Abortion has been illegal in the Philippines and its purpose is to protect the budding life yet to be born. However, due to its illegality only unsafe abortion is being practiced in this country and in return put lives of countless women in jeopardy. Although laws in the Philippines openly prohibits termination of pregnancies, this research seeks to offer exceptions wherein abortion should be allowed.
