الملخص:Debt financing is important in the capital structures of the firms under the food and beverage industry hence this study gives focus on the relationship between capital intensity, firm size, profitability and innovation on debt financing in the employment of the capital structure of firms. Using the data obtained from the Philippine Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission, the study makes use of fixed-effects regression model. As shown in the results, the researchers have arrived on the impact of capital intensity, profitability, firm size, and innovation on debt financing in the food and beverage industry in the Philippines for the years 2004 to 2007 and 2009 to 2013 basing on the significance of the variables presented.
