Description
Summary:Using the descriptive survey research method, this study explores the strengths and weaknesses of the teachers of Notre Dame of Midsayap for Girls. It investigates how students perceive the behavior of their teachers along the four postulated categories : a) teaching skills, b) motivational skills, c) management and disciplinary skills, and d) personality. It delves into the general profile of the teacher behavior of NDMG and the student morale and it probed into the relationships that could possibly exist between the student morale and each of the above mentioned variables that compose the teacher behavior. The descriptive survey through a questionnaire was utilized to gather, classify and analyze the data. For the statistical treatment, statistical instruments like the mean rating and the Spearman rank-order correlation coefficient (rho) were employed
