الملخص:In all academic institutions, an efficient class scheduling system is imperative to ensure a smooth experience for the students and faculty. A well-structured class schedule can positively impact learning progress and maximize the effectiveness of school resources, such as the availability of time, number of professors, availability of courses, and space. In order to solve this dilemma, the researchers will introduce an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) model they formulated to aid the organization of school resources by imposing constraints such as class schedules, professor availability, and room readiness. These constraints ensure the efficient utilization of available school resources that accommodate student or faculty preferences and meet the necessary academic requirements while avoiding conflict or overlap. In line with this, the working model will perform a real-life application utilizing the data gathered from De La Salle University (DLSU) College of Science (COS) and student choices. The model aims to create a smoother flow for the enrollment process and can be replicated to maximize the utilization of school resources.
