Dr. Marcelino A. Foronda, Professor and former Chairperson of the History-Political Science Department, received from the Supreme Court Chief Justice Enrique Fernando a plaque of appreciation awarded to him by the Philippine Booklovers Society during the Society's silver jubilee celebration.
