Summary:This study provides an in-depth understanding of the Filipino professionals’ lived experiences in pursuit of career success. The study made use of a phenomenological study approach to acquire a comprehensive data from the 8 participants. Thematic analysis was used to generate the themes of the study. The major themes that emerged from the analysis were divided into three categories– Contributions Category, Journey Category, and Manifestations Category. The themes of the Contributions and Journey Category points to career success which is indicated by the Manifestations Category. Findings reveal that these Filipino professionals believe that success is not a one-stop destination but rather a journey brought by variety of experiences and expertise in various facets in their chosen field.
