總結:In this thesis, a lossy Transmission Line Matrix symmetrical condensed node for the simulation of lossy medium with both electric loss and magnetic loss is developed. Moreover, the Perfect Matched Layer for the Finite Difference Time Domain method is adapted to our TLM simulation as what we call Heaviside Absorbing Layer. It is shown from the theoretical analysis that the reflection coefficient for the wave incident on a HAL is less than that of the wave incident on a matched load termination at all angles of incidence. Furthermore, the dispersion relation of a TLM mesh of symmetrical condensed node with both electric and magnetic loss stubs is derived. It provides guidance on how to choose the losses of HAL and other simulation parameters properly. Finally, both qualitative and quantitative simulation were performed and the results show that HAL does provide better properties than the conventional matched load termination used in TLM SCN.
