Alexander the Great, is one of those greatest military leaders with those demanding qualities and had succeeded very well. Alexander's leadership qualities produced huge success for him; he conquered 20 million square miles in 13 years of his reign. Lessons from Alexander's leadership might help the present business leaders to be more effective.
