總結:This project aims to develop a three-phase State Estimation (SE) algorithm that considers unbalanced characteristics of specific distribution networks by incorporating KVL loop equations. The SE function was developed mostly for the high voltage transmission and medium voltage distribution network as most of the loads are balanced. However, it is not accurate for low-voltage distribution networks and microgrid due to unbalanced loads. Results of the developed SE algorithm must be accurate and reliable so that it can be used for the operation of the microgrid energy management system. The SE results should also compare with results from a three-phase power flow (PF) module. The components found in the three phase power flow are similar to those that need to be modelled in the single phase SE. But the approach will be greatly different. There are various IEEE reports that discussed on the implementation of the three phase power flow equations. The deviations are:  Three phase decoupled load flow  Sequence component reference frame  Phase component reference frame  Combination of sequence and phase component frames Methods such as Weighted Least Square Method and Newton Raphson Method would be recorded to test on the accuracy of the results. Furthermore, the student has done research and making a comparison between the previous semester report and other reports from IEEE theoretically.
