Ultraviolet photovoltaic effect in BiFeO3/Nb-SrTiO3 heterostructure

We report on ultraviolet photovoltaic effects in a BiFeO3/Nb-doped SrTiO3 heterostructure prepared by a pulsed laser deposition method.
