SMU President Janice Bellace and Chairman Ho Kwon Ping at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of Singapore Management University's new offices at Goldbell Towers on Scotts Road. Mr Ho Kwon Ping also announced the seventeen winning ideas from the city campus ideas competition. The public had been invited to submit their ideas on the design of the new city campus, specifically on how it could engage the public. Photo taken on 13 October 1999.
