Summary:High economic growth in Indonesia is brought into developing every sector rapidly such as property, infrastructure, plant and telecommunication network. The role of project management performing to manage limited resources effectively and efficiently to achieve the established target is the key of the successful implementation of those projects. PT Transco, established in 1975 and the one of national contractors in oil and gas industry, still meets the problems in managing its projects. It results in delay of project completion. Affected by those problems, the Tranaco's performance projects has declined. Study about the problem consists of the following aspects i.e. identification, analysis and solution of the problem in organization, system, procedure and project priority. The suggested solutions cover project organization, project priority, project staffing and system & procedure of multiproject planning and controlling. The suggested solutions supported by implementation plan, monitoring plan and management commitment are expected to overcome those problems with the result that project's and company's objective will be accomplished.
