To achieve this aim, the study has two main goals namely identifying the need of resource education qualification and identifying the number and kinds of secondary school facilities needed to support resource education qualification.<p>The methods used to select main agriculture commodity are total production, Location Quotient (LQ) Coeficience, Differential Shift Analysis (DiR), Market Potentiality, and policy support. To find out the education qualification of agribusiness resources needed in Majalengka District, it is conducted benchmarks to Bandung, Cirebon, and Cianjur Districts. In selecting the needs of resource number in qualification, it is conducted descriptive analysis based on composition of education qualification in survey. Furthermore, in identifying numbers and kinds of education facilities, it is conducted by resource supply analysis and number of initial education facilities.<p>The result of this study shows that the compositions of resource education need in cultivation are 91% of primary school, 8% of secondary school, and 1% of higher education. Moreover, the compositions of resource qualification need in agroindustry are 59% of primary school, 36% of secondary school, and 5% of higher education. To fulfil the resource qualification need in order to develop agribusiness in Majalengka District up to the year 2020, it is still lack of 121.048 resources with agriculture background. To fulfil the need of resources with agriculture secondary schools, Majalengka District needs 27 units of agriculture secondary school. <br /> <br /> text
