Summary: | One of problem faced by composite structure is its the joint problem and amenity in assembly. This research specially for joint problem between outer and inner wing. One of joint model used in connection Outer wing (piano joint) like the one used by plane CN-235. In consequence in this research will be checked piano joint model at composite structure. Method applied is method finite element with help of Program MSC Nastran / Partran supported with a few experiment.. Composite material is not able yet to expressed fails is even a one of its the compiler fiber layer has broken. Failure of fiber showed that at material has been got a certain damaged. Failure of one of fiber layer will reduce material in decrease payload will result increasingly the many fiber layer amounts that is broken. Break composite material would be total if all fiber levels in it have been broken. Problems here in after is determine some composite material failure criterions, evaluated based on failure happened at each the material compiler fiber layer. |
